My grandmother had stayed here and recently has passed away. While collecting her stuff we asked the staff if they still had a statue of hers (which was previously in her room). We saw the staff member go back to "check" and claimed they didn't have it. Months passed and we called again to check and they somehow found it shattered in pieces. We were not provided no explanation of how it became shattered and the most disgusting part of this situation is that the statue was left like this. This deliberate action is so slimy and left a bad place in our hearts.

Facility: a little outdated. Can bring your own items to make for a more comfortable space for your family member. Keep a list of items and put names on everything. Folks: Administrators were polite and listened well, however, execution of ideas or items offered, not very thorough. May need to remind or write it down and follow up. General staff: many nice cleaning and kitchen folks during the week - helpful. Evening crew - not so much. Had one nurse give me attitude since her conversation with the receptionist was more important than assisting me while my friend was hacking and spitting up almost throwing up and I could not get a towel. Had to wait until she was done with her conversation and then check in since it was shift change, she brought the towel and didn't even acknowledge me just handed the towel to me and walked away. RUDE. Seem like a long time since I was trying to prevent my friend from choking and getting ill but it wasn't. I realize being in this line of business is thankless and because of such, I appreciated all that was being done for our friend. I would have preferred to give a better review, nonetheless, after being in 3 different facilities, I realize that one has to do detailed research and constantly talk with insurance companies, to have a good understanding of what can and cannot be done.
