They can't keep any aids down there. If something goes wrong they want to put the blame on them when they end up with only one aid. What do you expect. You go talk to the administrator and she's willing to help you find another facility instead of fixing the problem. So that tells me she has no concern for the residents. They had nurse's from other places come in to help and give the wrong meds to a resident and ended up going to the hospital. My son is in there and I go everyday from 8-12 and boy the stuff we see! That's why I go everyday day they forget to feed him, he's lost 20 lbs. He can't talk, he has a peg tube so he can eat he can't push his call lite. He would be in serious trouble if I didn't go daily! I think everyone in that facility needs a camera in there room. Just saying!

They treated my Daddy like dirt! We'd go in & he'd be laying in a bed with no sheets, sweating cause the RM was too hot. They'd only change his diaper twice a day. We reported them to State but that did not good. We had to find a new nursing home. It was awful 😖

My brother was a long time resident, the staff was attentive and would ask if we had any questions or concerns when we visited. Terri, the Activity Coordinator is the Best!! She has a true love and compassion for the residents!

Exceptional building and staff. I work for Hospice Plus in Mount Pleasant and we admitted a shared patient with this facility. On entering, the grounds and facility are nice, clean and well maintained. Every staff member I interacted with, including the floor tech, central supply person, CNAs, Nurses and administration were all fantastic. Employees were smiling and pleasant, patients appeared clean and smiling as well. I overheard 2 patients complimenting the food. I am very impressed with this entire facility.

Wednesday 06/14/23 - I was at Focused Care and there was a Tornado Warning. I got to see this amazing staff of people rushing from room to room wheeling beds and chairs down the hallway to the designated storm shelter area of the facility. The staff was quick, well coordinated and worked well under pressure. They made sure not one person got left behind and got everyone to the safe area in a timely manner. If I have a family member needing to go to a nursing home, I'll be definitely considering Focused Care at Linden.
