If I could give this place no stars I would! Its the most inhumane place to have a family member unless you can pay out of pocket in full! The staff is awful, the policies are awful and the way they treat certain patients is even worse. Keep researching before putting a loved in here!

DO NOT I repeat DO NOT place your loved one here. Save your time and money. I just arrived and have been treated like a piece of dirt already. They triple up and have up to 8 people sharing one bathroom. I got shoved in a cubby hole next to an old woman who's bed is right up against mine. Can you imagine only being able to use oneside of your bed? I never heard of such a thing. How is that not against the law? Can't take shower it's broke. The only thing saving this place is they do have good food. I will say their menu is really really excellent. I wanted to like it here. Seems like a nice clean place. Go to Westford House for better care. This place looks like it was built during world war two.

This community sets the standard for exceptional care. The staff and administration are dedicated, compassionate, and truly committed to the well-being of every resident. There are always opportunities for residents to stay engaged and connected, which adds so much to the overall quality of life here. Most importantly, it feels warm and welcoming — truly a place where residents and families can feel at home. The facility is kept clean and is updated frequently. If you are looking for somewhere for your loved one, this is the place.

My grandmother received exceptional care at Fitchburg healthcare. The staff were kind, attentive, and truly compassionate, always making sure she was comfortable and safe. The facility is clean and welcoming, and they kept our family informed and involved every step of the way. My father recently passed away while in hospice care in this facility. I work as a CNA/companion at a hospital in Maine, spending sometimes entire an shift caring for one patient. So i think i have a good sense of the little personal and humane details that provide safety and comfort. Although not presenting itself as glitzy, it was homey. Tony on 3E and others are true caregivers. The place was immaculate and had a friendly relaxed “vibe” I could tell that my dad was as comfortable as possible, in a restful environment. Like a fly on the wall i saw interactions among staff and patients that were simply heartwarming.
