Dan, Paulina, and Larisa at First Light Home Healthcare took really good care of me. I had two eye surgeries and they provided transportation and care upon my arrival back home. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Paulina and Larisa were personable and attentive to my needs. I felt very safe in their hands. I have used other home health care services in the past, but none gave me the quality of care I received from First Light. Thank you to everyone at First Light Home Healthcare.

Finding reliable home healthcare services can be daunting, but First Light Care has exceeded every expectation. I found that the owner’s focus goes well beyond the goal of simply “filling a shift”; but instead took the time to find a caregiver whose personality truly meshes with that of my mom, making every visit a pleasant experience. During the use of the service, I was consistently impressed by First Light’s scheduling flexibility, and the fact that every aide arrived fully briefed and expertly prepared for our customized care requirements. FirstLight is wonderful! On the weekend when I felt overwhelmed, emergently needed to start sitter service, the owner promptly met with me and arranged service that night! The owner, staff, and care providers are excellent! Great customer service with prompt pleasant responses. Care providers are kind, capable, and go "above and beyond" - truly my eyes/ears and allow me to have peace of mind. I will be using them in the future and highly recommend them to care for your loved one.
