Very unprofessional staff, doesn't care for the patients, been reported many times, the owner needs a caretaker for herself! She shouldn't be in charge of anything & her entire "business" and the "businesses" in her building smell like cat piss from her pets living there! Highly recommend ANYONE ELSE!

It would be 5 except for the way the office people talk to their clients by gaslighting them. I have come home to my roomate crying because of the way they spoke to her. The caregivers are wonderful. Thank goodness.

Worst and most unreliable place I ever worked.
No understanding of anything from the management.
They do not care about their workers nor clients. I had over 10 clients tell me they were not happy with the office and management, due to inconsistency, lack of respect, lack of communication , lack of everything.
They did not care to listen and respect to clients and could not keep one single client per clients
Mind you also set workers up for failure to continue to send them back to places they weren’t wanted , needed , or didn’t fully inform workers about residents.
For example I got a new client added randomly one morning last minute notice mind you, went to the clients introduced myself didn’t get any conversation back from client so sat down trying to make conversation did not get anything , was not aware we were suppose to just go in and start doing stuff or was not aware of client being non verbal because clients was busy talking on the phone. Then one of the office people came to do a check up on the client during this shift and then all of the sudden the client was like “She hasn’t done a single thing.” Mind you no where in the care plan it said to go in and just start grabbing stuff and doing it. It is a strangers home and never had this issue , always had the client tell me what they need done and where stuff was. The office lady that did this interview was very UNPROFESSIONAL and DISRESPECTFUL, she pulls me out and starts raising her voice at me as if i was in the wrong, but i was set up failure not knowing the client was “non-verbal”
got brought into the office and got written up. Tried reporting said staff of how they talked to me nothing was ever done.
Another issue was child care was not an acceptable excuse to miss work and you could written up or terminated for it. Mind you being a parent my kid will always come first and stuff happens and that baffled me that is even a thing.
On top of that when clients got added super last minute when j would be done and heading to pick my kid up a client would get added and no understanding about the child care stuff.
Also continue to put me back to places that made me uncomfortable.
Never have room to move up in that place.
Never got a raise for being a high experienced care giver
Never got the proper gas reimbursement or hours needed.
Management did not care to listen to any issues about scheduling or be willing to work with my schedule at all , and wrongfully terminated me. WORST PLACE TO WORK FOR

Annabell is absolutely the most perfect fit for my needs. She doesn't need directions, she always gets everything done and goes above and beyond. She's reliable and always on time.... Give that girl a rase!
Mary Jane

My experience working for this company was very negative and unprofessional.

One of my first issues was being sent to a patient’s home while I was clearly unwell. I ended up getting sick during the visit, and instead of showing concern, the office contacted me and told me to come in immediately and attempted to write me up for the incident.

Scheduling was extremely inconsistent and unrealistic. On one occasion, after I had already completed my scheduled shifts and returned home, I received a message saying two additional patients had been added to my schedule with less than two hours’ notice. As a parent, I cannot accommodate last-minute changes like that without any prior communication. When I explained this, I was still written up.

A similar situation happened again shortly after. I had already worked a full day (around 9 hours) when they tried to add another patient to my schedule last minute. I declined, especially because I personally knew the patient and did not feel comfortable with the situation due to privacy concerns. I was again penalized for this.

On top of everything, I have not been properly paid. I have only received about $300 despite working significantly more hours, and I was never paid for the “paid training” that was promised.

To add to this, instead of being formally terminated, I was told I was “resigning,” which was not accurate and did not reflect what actually happened.

Overall, there was a lack of professionalism, poor communication, and no respect for employees’ time or personal responsibilities. I would not recommend working here.
