I had broken my ankle and was in a rehabilitation center and had contacted John of FirstLight Home Care of Flower Mound for services after I was released from the rehab center. As it turned out I was released early without any notice and John and his team went above and beyond to provide a smooth transition on a short notice. John inspected my home to ensure I had a safe environment and that I had the appropriate equipment in my home. In addition, he ensured that I was put in contact with someone to continue my physical therapy This company and their team are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, provide outstanding customer service and their caregivers work hard to support you in your needs. I would definitely use them again.

We had a wonderful experience with FirstLight Home Care of Flower Mound! John was very helpful and informative to schedule with, assuring me that they would never no-show us, which unfortunately had happened before with another company. Virginia came and took care of my mom while we were out of town and did a fabulous job. I highly recommend and plan to schedule with them when we need caregiving again!

Mariella was incredibly responsive, kind, and thorough, and she was able to arrange a same-day assessment for my mother, which meant a lot to our family during a stressful time. Mariella and CEO John Lee both came out and immediately put everyone at ease with their professionalism and genuine care. It didn’t take long for us to feel confident that we were making the right decision choosing this company. The next morning, Mariella and Kim, the caregiver, arrived right on time. Kim connected with my mother almost instantly, which was so reassuring to see. The entire experience has been seamless, comforting, and handled with true compassion. We are very pleased with our decision to work with First Light Home Care of Flower Mound and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of quality, dependable care.
