The care my dad received from Destiny, Dani, Kristen & Casey was fantastic. Dad liked them all. They were so good with him. My dad passed away on 3/27/26. A few of them checked on my mom right after they heard he passed. Destiny texted my mom last week to see how we were doing. Highly recommend First Choice.

Although we only used hospice for less than two weeks before my aunt passed away, I can’t say enough good things about them! Nurse Stephanie is absolutely amazing! She is so kind, informative, helpful and down to earth! She has such a caring heart and wanted to make sure we felt comfortable giving care to my aunt as well as to make sure my aunt was as comfortable as possible! The CNA Anna that came to bathe her was very friendly and helpful! She would do anything we asked of her! These two girls were amazing in helping me and my mom give my aunt her last two weeks here on earth the best care possible! First Choice Hospice is a great company and I highly recommend them! We had all the medications (plus some) that we would ever need, supplies and creams, and they always asked if we needed more before we would run out!

First Choice Hospice lives up to their name. Lauren, Wendy, and all of the other team members were extremely helpful when my grandmother was declining. Their social worker even helped get her into my top choice in long-term care facilities, which was a huge surprise and blessing. My grandmother was pretty stubborn, but that did not stop the care team from supporting both of us throughout the dying process. One special nurse even came on her time off to check on us during the final days, then surprised me by attending the funeral. Patrick the Chaplin has continued to follow up with me months after my grandmothers passing. I only regret not having their care and services upon the loss of my mother. I recommend this company to anyone requiring hospice services.

I'm not sure we can rate the Hospice Nurses high enough. They were tremendously compassionate, thoroughly knowledgeable, and very professional. They went to great lengths to make sure my mother-in-law was comfortable and loved during her last days here. I would highly recommend these gals to care for anyone's dearly loved family members.
