I am very pleased with the excellent care I get from First Call home health. My caregiver goes above and beyond taking care of all I need. 💯 % on top of things. From my care to my apartment being cleaning and my laundry. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

First Call Home Health is great. My mom is employed through them as my caregiver (I have stage IV breast cancer at 29 [2nd time being diagnosed, 1st time was when I was 24]) and it's a great fit and great company. My mother is an incredible employee and caregiver, and First Call Home Health has been a perfect fit! Highly recommend!

I worked for them. One shift and it didn’t work out. I got 2 full time jobs in the meantime and put in my notice. When I came back, like I said I would, after the job was over, they wouldn’t hire me cause I didn’t stay with them. They had no hours and I couldn’t just wait. I am the sole provider…. When I spoke with the lady in the office she THEN asked me why I quit. Never had a conversation just made the call that I left and the are mad. I explained when I left for other work that’s why and so they knew. I wanted to work for them cause they have scripture in their advertising but that was not ok yo throw me away for getting full time work. Especially cause I came back to them asap!

The owners are a mother and son who claim to be Christian yet charge clients thousands of dollars prior to providing services. They harass bedbound clients on Medicaid that if they "complain" about anything they will drop their services. I witnessed several nurses arrive to clients homes and not wash their hands before performing catheter insertions and wound care. They do not care about clients. They care about money. They will expose your family to potential disease and infection by ignoring hand washing procedures. The owners were made aware of these violations to human health and didn't care. Do not trust your loved ones to this company's "care"
