My sister has been here a week . Her strength has improved drastically and will be able to come home in two days. The staff is very kind,respectful, and doesn't mind answering questions. All and all my experience was excellent.

We were hoping for a better experience. The hospital our loved one was discharged from gave us an information page on ratings for rehabs and had this place rated a 5 out of 5. We should have done our own research because this place was maybe a 2 out of 5. Patients have to share a room and bathroom. It took a long while to get help when hitting the call button, depending on who was assigned to our loved one. There are no guard rails on the beds for fall risk patients. While in a shared room, the patient next to our loved one was able to blast the volume on the TV making it unbearable to be in the same room. It was not a pleasant experience, and it didn't help that the place is dark without much natural light throughout the facility.

First time customer. My 91 year-old mother left the hospital with pneumonia and two fractured ribs and needed a good place to convalesce and get stronger. On my first visit, I found caring, intelligent and professional employees.

My Mother was in the facility for 7 days. I stayed 5 days with her day and night. My friend stayed 2 days and nights. Upon her arrival she was not happy with the size of the room and uncomfortable with the bed. After speaking with staff and manager she was moved to a larger room the next day, to accommodate her She has a large family and many visitors felt welcomed and comfortable during visits. A mattress was ordered the next day . Her needs were met immediately . The staff in the area she was in was courteous, considerate and at all times precessional . Naming staff that went above and beyond to keep her comfortable and would tend to her very quickly. Please recognize these staff members for their expertise, kindness, and hard working. Julian Trujillo, Vanessa, Efron, Jon Madrid and Jade . Their professionalism, expertise and kindness should be recognized in someway. I may have missed a few but will be speaking with the CEO in hopes the staff gets recognition. As well my mother’s Brother was very ill and Mr Blake thank you ! For being so so considerate to meet our needs. My mother was able to see him the next day he passed into Etenal life. Thank you! for making my Mothers stay so comfortable. I witnessed the hard work of the staff, exemplified professionalism at its best.

I stayed here for two weeks waiting for surgery. It was a miserable experience and I don’t recommend anyone going here if you have another option. The PT’s and OT‘s were excellent, but they accounted for only one hour of the day. The CNAs are responsible for your experience the rest of the time. There were a few who were diligent and caring, but they couldn’t keep up with their responsibilities due to the severe understaffing at this facility. The rest were just surly. The food was completely inedible. If they spent $.50 a meal, I’d be surprised. The “meat” was actually texturized protein of some kind. Avoid if you can. One bright spot is that the place is clean. The cleaning staff works hard and does a good job. It doesn’t smell so it has that going for it.
