Big spacious apartments, Clear bright windows open but has a screen. Air conditioning doesn't work well, it's an old building. Other tenants are for the most part friendly and helpful. It is designated as a for age 55 or older but will work with you if you are disabled. The penthouse on the top of the building is beautiful. The view especially around the 4th of July is breathtaking. Church services are held on campus every Sunday. The activities held here are fun and helpful. There was a problem with bedbugs and cockroaches but the office was quite thorough cleaning up this problem. Except for the consistent apartment inspections this year, I don't really have anything bad to say. The laundry setup has only 4 washers and 4 dryers but the hours it is open 24/7 so if you get uncomfortable being around people, make it easily accessible. Nissi the manager has always been helpful whenever I have had any problems.

Update from remarks below: As of the last quarter of June upper management is at the building trying to get it cleaned up and maintenace / bug issues addressed. As of the middle of July, there have been a few improvements and they are working on maintenance / ....bug issues that have been neglected. I have brought my rating from 1 star to 2 stars because corporate is working on issues. The building has beautiful views but you cannot see out the windows. They have not had the windows washed for years, excuse is there aren't companies that wash windows in high rises. This is BS and they have a list of companies. It doesn't matter how clean the apartment is because you are looking at filthy windows. Prior management had them washed every year.<br><br>Hopefully, things will improve for the residents and the owners.<br><br>If you want an apartment to make your home beware, they are constantly coming into your apartment with no consideration for your belongings. Dirty shoes, no booties, touching your bedding with no clean gloves, etc. Instead of doing everything at once, it is a constant flow of one thing at a time.<br>AC just came on in some apartments 6/3/26 - minimal cold air. The response from the building manager is if the air is on that is all that is required. 6/18/26 - Upper management flew in and they are working on several issues, they didn't realize how bad the building had become. The floor was actually mopped for the first time by the staff after 5 years. Residents with severe disabilities had mopped a few times prior. 6/26-Upper management is now requiring clean apartments when tenants move in.<br><br>Original review:<br>My question is, does the owner know what is going on with their investment? Residents are fed up! This situation is causing major stress and anxiety for the residents. We were promised by hud to have a safe and clean environment, that is not the case.<br>This used to be a respectable and nice clean place to live and within the last couple of years it is an embarrassment.<br>I pay rent, can't stay in the building because of bugs, drugs, filth, management could care less, they keep the doors to the office closed because they don't like and don't want to hear from the residents. I've had to keep my clothes in the car and spray myself with bug spray for over a year due to bugs in the building. Maintenance is inadequate. Air conditioning has not been working, seniors have not had heat in the winter, using space heaters. Fox news came out a few years ago because temps were over 100 and no working AC.<br>Residents are staying with friends and relatives because of the situation. Most are living in poverty and management uses it as a tool against them.<br>They do not clean the apartments between tenants, anything to get tenants in, then they instantly move out after they experience the current Fellowship Manor experience.<br><br>So many more issues that cannot be discussed here. So unless this building is cleaned up and stays that way, beware.<br><br>Be aware: Some of the reviews are fake, they must have paid someone because a few are not residents or family members. The one star reviews are accurate.<br><br>They just lost the only staff member that actually cared about the residents and was a fantastic employee, She worked there for 16 years but cannot do her job in this type of environment.<br><br>Residents are looking for a much cleaner and safe place to live with management that actually cares.

I thought good place to live unfortunately not ken Fernandez taught me movin and I thought he was my friend and Ken going round spreading rumors agenist me tellin every one I'm untrustworthy unfriended bad influence bad judgement and I'm a dangerous person trying turn everyone stay away from me I couldn't figure out why on Thanksgiving everyone dinner I see a lot demonstration unfriendly resident turn against me and now ken pass on not long ago someone taking his place several smokers Everytime I get a friend 2 minutes they turn against me one call police officer on me last week told officers tell Donny stay away from my family leave us alone we don't feel like talking to Donny few weeks ago Nissi supervisor spoken with me told me 2 options move out file restraining order all units that stop drama Nissi tired of it her supervisor tired of it PK management here told me same thing I never got trouble law I'm not a criminal person I'm not bad person they don't want me have friends turn against me it already started. Soon I save little money I'm moving out there bed bugs issues going on I lost everything I ever own I had big fights my daughter months ago son in law they threw everything out all I have Air mattress recliner Chair TV that all Nissi her supervisor told me no furniture eaither follow rules get out that it this worse Moyle Enemies I ever live here follow ship manor I shouldn't never listen to Ken Fernandez I stayed were I'm at my mistake. When I move out soon il never ever go back follow ship manor again also they told church LDS president he told me go another church I'm not allowed there Sunday church that is sad I don't need friends I get along with them I go my way they go there way Everytime I see them I turn my back away I won't ride elevator with them they can have it I'm sorry this happened this is junior high not senior Manor adult and I'm not a kid and I don't blame Rhonda for leaving she pac her thing and took off soo fast id never seen Rhonda act like that she has had it enough negative drama

Well I cannot believe the first time for in all my years a renter, my landlord called to wish me happy birthday! How sweet is that? They really tried to keep us busy here and interact and it's just a wonderful place pretty quiet on the most part they have Rhonda spread pretty thin but she's doing excellent she has excellent leaders qualities.
