I have been trying to reach my brother for a few months with no success. I am transferred to his unit. The phone rings and disconnects. I ask for someone in charge. I am sent to a voicemail with no information and that disconnects. I live in Westchester County and I have had two operations in the last 6 months. Do not send your family here. Next step is to send a letter to the government. I believe in a paper trail.

Good first impression. Most residents were out their rooms and in the recreational room. The main supervisor was extremely helpful and took the time to collaborate care to better help my loved one.

I can't tell you what the inside of this facility looks like because my uncle was there during the pandemic and no visitors were allowed inside, but I can tell you this place did wonders for my Uncle. He went to other facilities where he didn't stay more than 3 days and couldn't wait to get out. My uncle was here almost 3 months and was like a new person. He put on weight, received a hair cut, was clean and was actually a very happy man that it made me so happy to see him. Thank you to Ms. Johnson who was a great contact for me and for him. My uncle enjoyed talking to her and she kept me well informed of everything going on.
