As a vendor, I work directly with Demi. She is so outgoing, and her passion for patient care is very much in alignment with my own. I do not hesitate to refer to family tree because of their clinical expertise, compassion, excellent communication and empathy for their patients.I highly recommend family tree!

Family Tree provided caregiving to my mother for two years (Aug 2023 to Sep 2025) in her independent-living apartment in a large retirement community in Boulder. They were wonderful with her, and she liked all of her caregivers and looked forward to their visits. I always had peace of mind knowing that she was being well taken care of. Having access to FT’s daily care logs through their online family portal was tremendously helpful. The FT caregivers always went the extra mile whenever necessary, to ensure that my mother’s health, safety, and wellbeing were protected. Family Tree also was very responsive to my family’s requests for revisions to my mother’s care plan as her needs changed over time. I’m grateful to Family Tree for their gentle and thoughtful care, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to hire an in-home care agency.

My family had a terrible experience with this "caregiving" company. We were forced to use them due to my father have difficulty adjusting at his new memory care with his advanced dementia diagnosis, as this facility offered no other options. Because it was "short notice", this company planned charged us $43/hr for the mandatory 24 hrs x 7 days ($7224), more than the cost of the month at the facility. Due to cost, my husband sat in for a few shifts, and found out directly from the facility staff that these "caregivers" never talked to my father nor interacted with him. They usually sat afar and stared at him, per staff report. We thought we were paying for engagement and interaction, but we were literally paying for some stranger to stare at my confused father. Per Family Tree's website, the top of their list that their services is "companionship". Instead we paid for a prison guard. Now I have a bill from them for $5700 for their "services". This is morally wrong how they are cashing in on the infirmed, with no shame on financially gutting their families. Beware.
