I cannot praise Family Tree more highly. Teri Hall and Karla Bauer did an EXCEPTIONAL job helping my family and I during my 80 year old Aunt's very complicated relocation cross country, helping her and her new puppy get settled and moved in, new medical providers established, supplemental caregivers brought in to help her, and were my critical back-up teammates when I could not be there to help her as essentially her PoA since she didn't have children and was a widow. Honestly, without you all, I am not sure what I would have done. I got the call from my Aunt's PCP in FL to move her out of her home ASAP to TX in spring of '24 and by the grace of God, was able to bring her and her dog here emergently and called Casey, and the rest is history. Karla and then Teri helped us better than family shore up what was needed to help my Aunt get back on her feet figuratively and live for about 1 1/2 more years until her heart gave out a couple of weeks ago with the most dignity and happiness beyond I could ever expect. You all were critical to that success and my family and I, from the bottom of our hearts, and I truly mean this, cannot thank you enough. My Aunt would say the very same thing, thank you so very much on behalf of all of us and her. You are all God's Angels. Both Karla and Teri had the very best dispositions too - so calm, professional and kind. Absolutely perfect for us. Thank you for everything!! - Shelly Power
