Good company, with good benefits really shows that they care for their employees they will recognize you if you do a good job and will reward you for it. And the office staff is really helpful and nice, always there to listen to you.

My father has been with Family Resource Home Care for 2 years now and we have nothing but wonderful things to say about the company and his Caregiver Lucinda. We appreciate the consistent schedule and not only the quality of care he receives, but the companionship his caregiver provides. It is such a relief to myself and my siblings. Highly recommend!

This place is an absolute joke. I would give them 0 stars if Google allowed. Repeated no-call-no-shows. Sending caregivers with drug problems to homes of clients on palliative care. No contact from the office. If you do hear something, they say they'll "send someone tomorrow". For today's shift. Meanwhile the client is bed bound until someone shows up. Don't even bother dialing their number if you need real help. They deserve to be reported to DSHS and shut down.
