this agency is a horror. If i could give it zero stars i would. I have never seen such inexperienced health aides. inconsistent communication and zero training or accountability. I am shocked by how inept the aides are. I am shocked. the aides require better supervision and training

I realize that finding good help is difficult for any business but when you factor in inefficient management then things can reall get out of hand. The primary problem with this company is COMMUNICATION with client families as well as workers. In addition the accuracy of their information leaves a lot to be desired. Their payroll system also seems to be problematic which leads to dissatisfied workers which then transfers to bad service towards patients. The entire system needs an overhaul!! It can be exasperating dealing with this company and their needs to be accountability because they are dealing with the lives of senior citizens. Maybe a yearly licence review needs to be done. I finally had to let them go.
