I think the CNA"S ARE GOOD. Very little recreation for the residents. They need air conditioners not swap coolers.

Pore communication and treated unfairly towards some stuff rewarding bad behavior.. they don’t care about staff or residence. They only care about the money they comes in they treat people poorly and wonder why they quit. Don’t put your loved ones in this place

Absolutely disgusting. My father was Just there in hospice. The electrical outlets would shut off some of the equipment if they were wiggled a little bit. There was no thermostat in the room and the only way we could control any temperature was by cracking a window. They had me sign a power of attorney form so I could pay for my father's account. The bank that I was paying from didn't have this form and the check ultimately bounced after he passed. I called to warn them that the financial institution was not going to honor the check, they did not believe me. They call me back two days later to tell me that the financial institution did not honor the check. She then asked if it was okay if she reached out to the bank and asked them if she could make a withdrawal from my dead father's account. I told her no, I have already handed in the desert certificates and the accounts are frozen. She is going to have to wait. Her behavior at this point was completely appalling, and before hanging up on me she called me my deceased father's name which is a mistake I would think of nursing home would not make. I just lost my father, I really don't need this. And yet I'm being hounded for payment when I have no ability to do so. These people are absolutely disgusting and it makes me sick to know that I have to work with them. It's really unfortunate that I have to leave this comment because the medical staff actually did do a decent job. The room was just small and needed some maintenance. The lady there that accepts payments from people is an absolute monster. And this review only reflects her actions.

My spouse and our BFF chose Fairacres Manor when I needed rehab after a health crisis. I am so glad they picked this facility. The entire staff (especially my favorite nurse Eileen) were tremendous. They were patient with me when I was being difficult and always treated me and my (same-sex) spouse with respect. Highly recommend if you or someone you love needs this care.
