The worst place ever being a retired nurse myself I would not recommend this place to anyone I was treated so bad sat in my room for 6-7 hours fresh from hospital with spine surgery and no pain relief despite asking several times , first they said they had to order it then said it didn’t get delivered. I’ve called state the ombudsman and a lawyer because of the condition and the way I was treated. There was a man down the hallway, somewhere screaming at the top of his lungs. Someone helped me please help me the whole time. I sat there. The building is in need of a makeover the floor looked like it’s never been mopped, The mattress slid off the frame every time I sat or tried to lay down on it. The nurse that had me to take care of was very rude and unprofessional handed me medication that was stuck under her fingernail and dropping the other to the floor after I made a phone call to get her to bring me something cause I was in so much pain.Don’t send your loved ones here !

This place is worse than motel 6! Very filthy and run down. We thought we would look past the filth, just to see if they would at least be kind and good at taking care of my grandmother, who had to be there for a couple weeks, for rehab after a surgery. We were absolutely wrong in doing that. We knew from day one that it was no good. Every time I would go in, my grandmother would be completely peed and laying in a wet bed. She has nvr used depends to pee in before, but they wouldn’t come for hours to check on her, even after we explained she was legally bling and couldn’t get up out of bed by herself, after the surgery. She didn’t get the concept of using the help button (she has dementia) and I told them that multiple times, and if they could just check on her a little more often. She was always left in the dark just staring at the wall! One day she was hanging half way off the bed crying :( . Also, the very first day she was there, I called someone in to ask about meals and the head of nurses came in and was irritated immediately after asking how it works. I asked when she would be getting her next meal and she replied not till a couple hours and said that my grandma had crackers on her desk to hold her over. We had no idea if she ate much at all there . They also lost her bottom dentures some how! Please please please don’t send your loved ones there!! No one deserves this treatment!! We are looking into getting the state involved.

Do not take your loved ones here if you care for them at all ! My grandma had no choices because of her insurance but we are getting her out tomorrow because another facility approved her transfer( thank god) they do not check on her , change her, bathe , rehabilitate… nothing ! They are rude and treat you like an old senior dog in a kennel ! Do not not not take your loved ones here ! They are rude & careless even when you go for help no one comes ! My heart breaks for what my poor grandma has gone through ! Do not take your loved ones here if you care at all !

The staff go above and beyond to help care for so many patients whether it’s a short term stay or their forever home. The staff truly do all that they can to meet their patients and families wherever they are on their journey. Although the facility may be not be the newest in town, the care and compassionate culture is so much more! We’ve had patients that we’ve cared for on hospice services and we can’t thank this team enough for doing all that they can to make each visitor, resident, family, or community partner feel a warm welcome and embraced as they enter this home! Thank you to everyone at Broadview for what you do!
