I had a GREAT experience at this location. Went in to meet Pa Yao Chang she was soft spoken, was good at explaining everything to me. And staff there are polite and also everytime enter the office always welcoming with a Hi or a Good Morning. Excellent agency will recommend to friends and family.

I have work with Express for more than 10 plus years, the owner has been wonderful—kind-hearted and very hardworking. However, I’m giving 4 stars because the communication from the front office can be a bit slow regarding holiday schedules. Once the PCA is through the door, the service is 5-star, but just be prepared to stay on top of the administrative side yourself.
