I recently attended a family day event, and I have to say the staff and Executive Director were incredibly kind to the residents and very attentive to their needs. I would absolutely recommend this facility and encourage anyone looking for long- or short-term care for a loved one to speak with their team. Their compassion, professionalism, and dedication truly stood out!

If I was able to rate this facility 0 stars, I would. Please, if you truly care about your family members, do NOT send them to this facility.. A family member of mine who has Alzheimer’s, has been in this facility for a little bit now. Constantly when family goes to visit him his clothes will be missing, and personal items have gone missing. I’m aware that it’s common in the Alzheimer’s unit for other residents to mistake something as theirs or misplace things. But it’s an issue when the staff first of all doesn’t care to label most residents clothes, nor cares to actually look for a residents missing items. Residents don’t even have actual closets, they have shelves that are covered with a curtain, so almost any resident can grab any other residents things with no issue. Somehow my family members glasses and dentures go missing frequently? I don’t understand how staff can misplace a residents dentures.. Lastly the past few times we’ve been to visit, there’s no one at the front entrance to let you in, no matter how much you ring the doorbell. We waited so long one time, doubtlessly pushing the doorbell when eventually another family member of another resident opened the door for us!! Just for us to walk in the facility and see a group of nurses/cna’s sitting up front just chatting, not having a care in the world. Most of the cna’s act like you’re being a burden to them when you try to ask a question. This place is a joke and most of the staff lacks simple human decency.
