Tom,Scott and all the therapists were excellent and made it easier for me because you could tell everyone was focused on getting you better. I’ve had therapy before and this is by far the best. Would recommend to everyone needing therapy.

Facility is very clean and taken care of. Staff is attentive as they can be. Sometimes it takes some extra time for the nurses to get to each patient but overall they are doing a great job. The physical therapy department is amazing and i got the best care. The food is just ok. I would recommend this place for others.

My husband came to Evergreen Woods Rehab after a week in the hospital. I was concerned taking my husband to a rehab facility. Let me ease your mind, the staff at Evergreen Woods Rehab are kind, friendly , professional and always willing to help. We were told he should be able to walk within the 20 days allotted from insurance and Medicare. The therapy staff Karin (OT) and Tom (PT) worked closely with him motivating, encouraging and giving him pointers on how to get the most benefit from the exercises. Within 10 days he was well enough to go home and continue his recovery with home health aid services. There are plenty of staff around at all times . The staff in every department always pleasant, friendly and helpful. He even liked the food. In fact, he gained 3 pounds.

The care my mother received at Evergreen Woods was outstanding. I saw a number of long term care facilities and was fortunate to have chosen Evergreen. The nurses, Amy and Michelle and the CNAs, Mia and Tabatha were caring and compassionate from the first day. They cared for Mom as though she were their own family and I consider us fortunate to have them as part of our own family. I highly recommend Evergreen Woods to anyone looking for a clean, well-run long term care facility for a member of their family.

They went out of their way to keep us motivated and focused on our goals. The atmosphere was friendly and fun. This is the Best place for Rehabilitation.low lll I hope, I don’t need it again, but if I do I will definitely pick this as my first choice.
