My son lives here and I trust he is being taken care of really well because he still chooses to be there after 3 years

I asked for a call back over a week ago from Dan. No response! So yesterday I stopped by. He wasn’t there but the gal didn’t want to give me any information, it seemed like it was too much work! She told me to go outside and talk to this gentleman. Him and this gal were smoking! Didn’t even pause their smoking while talking to me. Of course, smoke was coming my way. How disrespectful and unprofessional. Not to mention the place wasn’t even clean. I’d think twice before placing a loved one there!!!!
