Do NOT leave your loved ones here. Especially if you are not nearby to visit. Mom had to be relocated during Covid as her previous home had water damage from a fire sprinkler break. The owner is shady, incredibly cheap and could quite literally not care less. The Home is disorganized, there is no record keeping and the staff are coached to say certain things to family members. They want you to use their medical staff but NEVER send you any information or updates. When I requested records from them they sent only the original intake report. They wanted to keep my mother doped up and in bed. She arrived with a healing broken hip and within 4 months she fell from her bed and broke her other hip. Weeks before her death they were not to remove her from her bed but they did. She needed morphine to change bandages and THEY MOVED HER OUT OF BED! 😭 After my mother’s passing, they stole her portable oxygen concentrator, her like-new wheelchair and a keepsake item that was special to her granddaughter. AVOID THIS ”Home” AT ALL COST. If Covid hadn’t taken my choices away I would have chosen a different place.
