My brother and I met with Susy Murphy twice in the past 3 years. Once when we were looking for an assisted living facility for our mom and the second time two years later when our mom required more care after a fall. She was beyond helpful to us during an extremely stressful time and her advice led us to finding the best care for our mother in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend Aging Well Eldercare for anyone dealing with an elderly loved one.

I would give them 10 out 5 stars, if I could. Susy Murphy and Robin Udell are beyond knowledgable and willing to help. And they really care.<br><br>When crisis happens, it's easy to feel alone with far too many decisions to be made. And on top of that, you don't know what you don't know. Working with this team, we were able to ask questions and get an understanding of our current situation and plan for what could come next. I was also able to follow up with them as we moved through the process of finding a safe Memory Care community for my mom.<br><br>If you are confronted my family who need help and you don't know where to start, call Aging Well Elder Care.

There aren't enough stars to give to Aging Well Eldercare to show my deep gratitude to this organization. When we were informed that my sister would have to vacate her assisted living facility of nearly two years within 30 days, I was struggling to find a new home for her. My sister's doctor referred me to Susy Murphy who calmly advised me through this very difficult period. She and her group have many contacts in the elder care business - everyone knows and respects Susy and her team. Because of this, I was able to find a small, caring, assisted living community near my home in Montgomery County. Susy has helped me navigate the very complicated application process for a long-term care Medicaid waiver. She has given me input on County programs that are designed to support people like my sister. She has informed me about Adult Daycare programs. Susy is informed, accessible, and responsive. She is kind. She listens. She has vouched for me and my family during this arduous process. We could not have succeeded in getting my sister to the comfortable place where she is now without Susy and her team. In short, we could not be more happy with Aging Well Eldercare.
