New Manager(Lewisville) Bonnie's attitute while handling resident's request was absolutely terrible,inflexible and authoritative.<br>Just kept saying "No" "No" not thingking twice.<br>There is no in service.Be flexible and sympathetic ,Please.<br>So disappointing attitude and response.<br>Former Managers were so helpful and made it possible for win,win.<br>I met herBonnie for the first time but her first impression was in a word General of power.

Lived here 10 years and never before seen the maintenance so bad! Our microwave has been blowing the circuit breaker for 2 weeks after 8 calls to the office. Still no response Terrible place to live with the new management. We are moving next month

Sara & her team are amazing!!!!! From the day we walked in the door for a tour to actual move in day- they were so helpful in this entire process. Sara immediately made my Dad feel at home. The grounds are perfectly kept & every resident we have run into is so friendly! They have bent over backwards to help us through the move in process. I can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you! We are so excited for my dad to begin his next chapter here.

My name is Ruby "Kay" Erickson - I have lived at Evergreen at Vista Ridge for 14 years - I think I've been here longer that anyone else! I love living here and participating in the activities and playing cards with my friends. We have the best management and maintenance people we could ever ask for! I will live here until they kick me out or take me out feet first!!
