I am so thankful I found 4 Seasons Senior Living. I needed a place for my father and the Plano location was perfect. The staff is amazing, very kind and helpful. The location I have my dad in is very clean and quiet. It is so nice to visit him anytime and see how it is alway clean and quite. They are on top of his care like no other place I have seen, and my dad has been in 3 other facilities across the country.

The home in Carrollton has been completely refurbished so it’s a pleasant environment. Jazmin, the head trainer is very attentive and conscientious. She came to assess my brother and stayed with him throughout the morning, even feeding him lunch. Mike the owner, listened intently to my brother’s needs but unfortunately was not able to accommodate him with proper staffing. It was a mutual agreement that my brother would not be placed in the home because of low staffing and safety concerns.

I don’t know about the other locations, but the Carrollton location is awesome. The house is very nice and the rooms are spacious and clean. The best part about it is the staff! They are attentive and they treat each occupant with respect and dignity. I do have to admit my favorite is Louise! She has that magic touch? It makes my mother very happy. She’s extremely patient and loving and I’m so grateful.

I know I have left reviews for others connected to the plantation location for 4 Seasons - just wanted to ensure I gave shout out to Shelby and the others in the office who take care of activities and remembrances every day! You guys do a fantastic job, the residents and their families are very lucky to have you. I can’t recommend this location enough!

My mother was at the 4 Seasons in Lewisville for 7 years. The staff and owner were always available and attentive to my Moms needs. She had a great life and the care she received from Mike and the entire community at the 4 Seasons was exceptional. I would give them 6 stars if it was possible! Mom always felt like she was at home there and that says it all! God bless!
