I helped someone who needed a safe place to go ASAP.. The referral and admission process was so easy. Casey in admissions was so responsive, helpful and supportive!

Absolute worst facility in the area. I was told at first that it was a good facility and boy was I misinformed not only was she not well taken care of they changed her medication without notice no matter how much I pleaded and begged and demanded they wouldn’t give her medication’s that she was supposed to have by the time they were done she was somebody I didn’t even know and I wasn’t in a financial position to really do anything about it and nobody would listen. The nurses were sweet, but the staff in the front office were extremely rude and when she passed away the money in her personal account mysteriously disappeared when I know she had well over $2000 saved that could’ve helped pay for her services because she didn’t have any health insurance because she cashed it in to take care of her grandkids when she was in her right mind . So now that that’s just the tip of the iceberg, but I absolutely suggest you do not even think about letting your loved one or anybody else go to this horrible facility!

My husband needed wound care, occupational therapy, and physical therapy. We chose Etowah Health Care Center because it was close to home. We would choose it again because the staff was so kind and helpful. They treated my husband great and when he left he was able to walk to the truck even stopping to give hugs and thanks to all of the staff he met along the way. If you are looking for a place for the things my husband had I would recommend this place 100%. You will love the staff!
