Do not send your loved one here!!! Our family had a very disappointing experience. During our loved one’s stay, she fell out of bed twice within two days. Neither incident was documented or reported to our family. We only learned about the falls because she was able to tell us herself. She also told us that floor pads were placed beside her bed after the second fall. This facility was aware of the needed precautions such as lowering the bed and using floor mats should have been in place beforehand, given her condition. When we questioned the staff, we were told that our immobile family member had somehow gotten herself back into bed and that they were unaware she had fallen. Based on her physical condition & the placed pads, we did not find that explanation believable. We were also very concerned about her hygiene, which was not adequately maintained during her stay.
