My aunt just moved into the Esplanade. I can not thank Tammi enough for all of the work, care and effort she put into making this move as easy as possible. She was consistently patient and responsive as she helped us with every detail of moving my aunt from another facility to here. She went above and beyond treating us with warmth and kindness throughout the entire process. We feel confident that this is an excellent choice for our family member.

What a wonderful experience I had helping my friend set her dad up at Esplanade in Woodmere New York. Forget about the fact that the facility is gorgeous and well-kept, the hello and smiles you get at reception set the tone for what's next. There seemed to be a nice ratio of men to women that were being cared, paid attention to an even entertained! Steve was wonderful and all of the workers met us with full eye contact asking if we needed anything. Even the simplest thing like taking out some garbage was met with pleasantries. The common room had a beautiful fireplace and a large television with what seemed to be an interactive brain game on it. Some residents played while others chit-chatted with each other or rested. This might sound minor but the Esplanade smelled like nothing which is wonderful it was fresh not smelling of cleaning products or sick people it smelled like life waiting to happen. I can't wait to experience the beautiful outside area I could see from the bedroom window! Overall it was a wonderful experience and that was only one day. :)

First time visit today...came to help celebrate the 96th birthday of a family member who resides at Espanade of Woodmere.<br>Found the facility to be very clean and bright...the staff pleasant and welcoming.<br>Most importantly our family member expressed that she was happy here and well cared for.
