My mom was in the skilled nursing facility at eskaton village Carmichael, where she told me that they were mean to her, all but one nurse was nice she told me. Upon her release to another nursing home they failed to communicate with me. There was no meeting before her release. They are very unorganized. They released my mother at 11:00 am she was screaming in pain by 12:00.very nice on arrival very rude on departure.😠 There must be a better place to take your loved ones.
