Eskaton Village Care Center

Eskaton Village Carmichael is a Life Plan Community (CCRC) offering independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care on 37 acres just outside Sacramento in California's Carmichael area. As Sacramento County's only Life Plan Community, it provides residents the option to age in place with seamless access to higher levels of care as needs evolve.

The community emphasizes resort-style amenities and an active lifestyle, featuring over 40 resident groups, frequent events, and scheduled activities. Independent living residents enjoy housekeeping services and restaurant-style dining alongside the ability to lead an engaging, independent lifestyle within an active community of neighbors.

Memory care is structured around seven domains of well-being, with personalized care regimens tailored to each resident's individual needs and goals. The skilled nursing and rehabilitation center provides both short-term rehabilitation for recovery following hospital visits or health concerns, and long-term nursing care, including restorative therapy for those recovering from surgery, injury, or illness.

Assisted living residents receive personalized care designed to meet their unique needs. The community operates as a nonprofit organization, with surplus income directed back into its mission and maintained partnerships with local community organizations.
