Finding care for dad was one of the hardest things I've ever done, but finding Era Senior Living was truly a blessing. My father has several complex health challenges, and the well-trained team here handled his care with incredible expertise and compassion. They didn’t just "monitor" him; they truly looked after him, always keeping our family informed the moment any concerning symptoms arose or even when they cele rated progress he made on wellness goals. The owner, Jay, is exceptional. He treats his residents like his own family and clearly values his staff, which creates such a warm, positive environment. He also has deep medical expertise, so corresponding with the doctors or home health nurses was smooth. The house itself is beautiful, impeccably clean, and features a lovely big backyard garden patio. My dad liked the food and how encouraging the team was. Most importantly, they made my dad feel loved and at home. My family cannot recommend Jay and his team highly enough.
