The training was very helpful and I got a refresher on things I already knew lol the teachers (Annalisa & Cassidy) was so nice and made me feel very comfortable in answering and asking questions.

This organization is fantastic! They helped care for my brother for years. Allowing him some independence until it was no longer possible. They adapted to our needs and were incredibly caring and flexible. If you need support I cannot recommend them highly enough!

We turned to APEX when our mother could no longer be alone in her home. We were recommended to APEX by the discharge liaison at Sutter Hospital in Sacramento. From the beginning, APEX has been incredibly responsive, communicative, and professional. I appreciate that there is someone available 24 hours to speak with and that if any changes in the schedule are needed, they immediately reach out to talk with me about it. We have used other home care services in the past that did not meet our expectations and APEX has been a blessing to our family. Highly recommend.

I can not understand a negative review for Support for Homes. I have used the services for almost two years and have had two different care givers. Both were competent and highly professional. The care givers are well supervised bu staff so any problems could be easily reported. The care giver is also supervised by my long term insurance company. ( There were no problems to report) I receive 7 days a week care and in nearly two years have had not a single problem with my care givers. I am glad that with the coming increase in home care help needed that there is a company organized to offer the quality care I am getting to others. The company has a business plan that includes an active recruitment effort. The help givers have made it possible to live at home in comfort and safety.
