The team at Epione under the supervision of Lilibeth Jacobs has treated my friend just like a member of their family. They have cooked him nourishing meals, been attentive to his medical needs, provided physical therapy to maintain his strength, and supervised his movements to prevent accidental falls. They keep the premises spotless, there are no lingering odors anywhere. They are amazing. As his Health Care Power of Attorney I was kept informed immediately about any changes in his health. When the time came for him to transition to hospice care, they worked seamlessly with Redwood Hospice to keep him comfortable and pain free. They can be trusted to provide the best care possible.

Epione staff have been wonderful with my beloved dad, and kind with our family visits and calls for four years. Lilibeth runs a tight ship, and really knew my dad well.   She is an experienced nurse who advocated for our dad's well-being when he had to be away at a covid rehab place, and has gone the extra mile for him (and us)  in many other ways.  Lilibeth is a highly competent director and is attentive to details. The meals were great, and the yard space is beautiful. I am forever grateful for the warmth and dedicated care by all of the staff.

I couldn't be happier with the care my loved one is receiving at Epione. He has been there for almost a year now. The care he is getting is exceptional, the staff is wonderful and the home itself is very inviting. The meals are home cooked with each resident's special needs taken into account. And most importantly, the medical care is top-notch.

I cannot say enough positive things about Lilibeth and her team. We feel so lucky And grateful to have found Epione for our dad. The home is clean and wholesome. The attention to the residents is excellent. At a time when we could no longer care for our dad. Perhaps at our most vulnerable time as a family we moved dad to Epione. A pleasant neighborhood house that has been converted for proper care of seniors . Lilibeth is a skilled RN. She is organized and no nonsense when it comes to dealing with the medical world. She is also empathetic and sincere . Our dad’s health declined. He was in hospice care. Epione helped him and our family in such a gracious way. They followed his and our wishes until he passed. Dear Lilibeth , Mike and team . We thank you from the bottom of our hearts .
