My mother is here for recovery and physical therapy due to a broken leg. Upon starting treatment she was fine beside a broken leg, however now she is super sick to her stomach; complaining about intense pressure, gassinous, diarrhea, vomiting, and lack of appetite. When i asked the nurse of a dr had been to see about that they didn't know. I finally got one nurse to order pepcid. My mother had spoiled herself while visiting and pressed on the call button, it was over an hour before someone came to clean her. Then they forgot to replace her blanket. The nurse apologized and claimed understaffing, which i understand. However my mother is here to heal and get back on her legs not sit in her shit for an hour. Also while i was there they tried delivering lunch to her, a salad (mind you this is during a cylcospora outbreak), thankfully she didn't have the appetite to eat. I would think a health care center would be wary about anything with lettuce as most of their patients have little to no immune systems.

Smelled like urine. Had to find a nurse. Piles of dirty laundry in hallways. No family member will ever go there
