In my experience Poor communication and inaccurate documentation. Requests for corrections were dismissed. Very frustrating experience. There is to many other agencies out there that is way easier to deal with.

They keep changing caregivers and days as well as times they can come. I’ve not been able to keep my doctors appointments because of them. We are looking for someone else. Definitely would not recommend.

Very poor communication from remedy to both patient and family member of patient (POA ). Several messages left for Amanda in the last two few days after she moved my mothers aide from her and replaced with different people that my mother ( who is legally blind) does not feel comfortable having in her home. There was no discussion before hand regarding this change. I am very disappointed in Remedy and I feel at the least, a return phone call isn’t asking for too much.

Having trouble getting the agency to answer my calls or return any of my messages!!! I'm a client that's partially paralyzed and depends on them show 💯 percent of the time!!! The aide has not done so, and quit🙁, the agency hasn't called me or restaffed me..........
