Eno home care has been outstanding to work with. We had contacted multiple home care agencies to find a caregiver for my mom but Eno home care was head and shoulders above the rest in terms of customer service, follow-up, and personal touch. From the very beginning Nick took the time to understand my mom’s situation and patiently explain options as she transitioned from rehab facility to home care. Understanding the urgency of her situation, Nick would regularly make himself available on evenings and weekends for texts and telephone conversations to ensure our needs were met in a timely manner. And when we indicated a need for a mandarin speaking caregiver, he was the only agency to be able to meet the need. No other agency had anyone or was able to find anyone but Nick bent over backwards to find someone that met my parents stringent requirements. Thank you to Nick and Eno home care for going above and beyond! He provided a level of customer service that does not seem to exist anywhere else these days.

I had a great experience with Eno Home Care. Both Nick and Eno were wonderful both with providing my Father with comfortable care and also very good with me as responsible person. We had regular communication regarding Dad's care both detailed and general observations on his health. I strongly recommend Eno Home Care for both their medical treatment and personal side of the business. Very professional!
