Adam was professional, caring, and very helpful throughout my home health care Physical Therapy experience. He communicated clearly and made me feel comfortable during every visit. With the therapy he had provided, I am confident that I can not only start walking again soon, but can hike and do yoga too! Thank you, Adam!

I would like to personally mention and thank Sandy RN, from Enhabit Home Healthcare of Tempe. After I was released from a rehab facility she was assigned to care for my wounds on my legs from a serious accident I had. However, she did so much more than that. She reviewed my medications and found some contra- indications. She personally reached out to my primary physician and shortly afterwards I went to sent him and he mentioned that he talked to her and he made changes based on her advice. I'm amazed at how knowledgeable she is! Since then I have had some problems with my insulin. I called the Enhabit 24-7 phone number and, as it happened, she was on call. She called me immediately and helped me understand what I was doing wrong and after talking to her, I now totally understand. She has told me that I can call her anytime whether she is on call or not. Wow! I can't thank you enough Sandy and Enhabit Home Healthcare, whom you work for. Thank you Sincerely Sandy!
