My best friend had them and she loved a couple of the nurses. But things I know should have been paid for but wasn’t. So she did without. TIL I found out and got it myself. Then was transferred to the hospice side and that was even worse! Very disappointing!!

I had chosen Enhabit following a TKR at the first of November for my after carevand they were wonderful. So helpful and encouraging through my home visits. As a result, when my parents were offered hospice at long term care I asked for Enhabit to care for them at the end of last year. My parents have received the best care and although my father passed at the end of January, they gave him the best care at the end and he passed peacefully. They were there, then and now, for aftercare and grief counseling for my mom and the extended family. They continue to provide hospice care to my mom and she has improved a great deal. They have also given her spiritual care at her request from pastoral services in the care facility on a weekly basis. I can't say enough good things and any concerns my mother or I have is promptly addressed. Thank you for providing the skillset, dignity, and professionalism of all of your care team. Your staff is considered an extension of our family providing the care we physically can't, which is just as important as the emotional care our family provides. Thank you for everything you've done and continue to do on behalf of my parents and our family.

Would not recommend Enhabit Home Health (Cullman, AL)to anyone. It was put in the orders for them to get my husband up and walk. The rehab facility he was released from even verified that they had a physical therapist that could do it because the last home health had great nurses but was lacking in the physical therapy department and he was getting close to exhausting his home health visits and really needed physical therapy . So we needed just physical therapy primarily that was capable of handling a grown man and was assured they were capable of it. However most of the time the one that gets sent out isn't able to do it. She just show up so insurance will pay them but they definitely don't do but the very minimum except every 2 to 3 weeks you get the one that will actually get him up and try to help him walk. Also since we wasn't getting nurse visit except the one initial accessment visit we had to get her to order his medical supplies and the nurse told us when she came out on August 1st to do his initial accessment that she was going to place the order that day for all the supplies and made a list. When he ran out of ostomy supplies on August 8th we called them to get an update on the expected delivery date and was told they didn't have one yet. I placed an order that day and paid out of pocket(when I shouldn't have had too thats what we pay dearly for the insurance for) to get an order of his supplies out here and my order came within 3 days. If home health orders his supplies insurance covers it at 100 percent if i order it they dont cover it at 100 percent. When I called the day my order came in(August 8th)to see if they had heard anything yet she said it should be there within the next couple of days. On August 12th i called back because we still hadn't received them and I asked could you tell me when the order was placed and she said August 8th😡. So the nurse didn't order them like she said and no one ordered anything until I called because he was out completely. That's absolutely unacceptable.

I don't recommend this company they complain about having to come out and don't keep you in supplies that you need and act like it's coming out of their pocket your insurance covers it all they have to do is order it but don't want to

Our nurse Tabitha spent a lot of time making sure my mother had everything she needed. Always took time to explain things to us. The therapy was outstanding with caring and knowledgeable staff. I would highly recommended them to care for your loved one.
