I want to express my overwhelming gratitude for Encompass Home Health Care in Bluffton, SC. My 93 yr. old mother lives with me, I’m 73. She had to have emergency surgery on Oct. 4, 2020, for bladder cancer. . Encompass Rehab. was recommended by a friend, however we did not need rehab, but very much needed Home Health Care upon her release from the Hospital. I requested Encompass Home Health Care and I continue to be thrilled with their service. My Mom had received another Home service earlier in the year, after being released from a prior hospital visit, there is NO COMPARISON. Our nurse “Cat” and our PT guy Steve, from Encompass are amazing. Very, very warm, friendly, helpful, attentive and professional. Via Encompass, Mattie, the social worker has been a wealth of resources and gone above and beyond the norm to help us. I honestly feel everyone at Encompass Home Health, at Bluffton, has exceeded our expectations by leaps and bounds. The other service was always cancelling appointments, we never knew who was coming out and they rarely arrived when they said they would. Encompass is the exact opposite. Always on time, calls well in advance to schedule and Steve even calls again when he is on the way! I have not had one cancellation and we have had the same people most of the time. When your world has changed abruptly and your normal turns into only the unknown and unexpected…..consistency somewhere in that world is the breath of fresh air that you ache for. Encompass has been a consistently exceptional Home Health Service. Please do not hesitate to request their service.
