Waited over an hour and a half in an empty waiting room and was never seen. Receptionist had no compassion and refused to give me water saying only a nurse can get me some once I was brought in. Then, told me I would be called in a few minutes, after an hour passed I left without care. The security guard was the only helpful person in the building.

I commend Dr Smith ER physician for the above and beyond care rendered. The staff both In ER and M/S units were very professional and knowledgable. Likewise very courteous and very helpful. I give a score of 10 as the best care ever!!

My daughter sat there with no one else in the waiting room for more than 1 hour and no one helped her even though she asked again and again. She finally left without care. She’s 22 years old and was very nauseous with a fever.
