Assisted living operates on a flat-rate monthly fee with no deposits or application fees required. The community is Medicare and Medicaid certified, with Medicaid covering long-term and memory care for approved residents and Medicare covering rehabilitation and skilled stays.
Memory care neighborhoods at the community are specifically designed to support individuals with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia, with specially trained staff providing care, social engagement, and mental stimulation. Pet ownership is permitted in independent living apartments, with residents allowed one dog or one cat weighing 20 pounds or less, two birds, or fish. A $500 non-refundable pet fee applies.
