I was hit with an overwhelmingly strong and PUTRID scent of urine upon entering the facility. A resident screaming for help, nobody seemed to care- oh and not to mention- the warm and welcoming staff- NOT! Absolutely rude individuals. I’ve never ran out of a facility so fast.

This is actually Brenda Thomas, Webbs wife, writing this because it’s my father that’s a resident there. This facility and the staff working there are phenomenal! I can’t say enough good things about them all. They care about the residents, it’s clean, the food is good and they all seem to know each resident on a first name basis. They’ve kept me well informed on every aspect regarding my dad and his health. They are definitely a solid 5 star rating!! I can’t thank them enough for what they do!!

the nurses was nice and friendly. The issues we had they don't do what the doctors want them to do and to do not communicate with the family and others. We will not send another family member there. like I nurse's were real nice so don't have an issue with them. Also talked to the appeals people with my dad's insurance and they said that we did not have to pick him because we won't the appeals. Nursing home said we had to get him or it would cost us almost $300.00 a day if he was to stay. I will say appeals has been notified. I even tried calling to speak with admin at nursing homeon 8-9-22 and she has not returned my call and probably won't because they know they were in the wrong. We are not happy at all. They didn't even speak to my dad's urologist Dr before putting him on a high 10 day antibiotic knowing he just had a kidney stone removed. My dad's urologist was not happy at all. They to not communicate at all with patient doctors.

ONC did phenomenal with my dad, during COVID The administrator handled everything in a timely manner and efficiently, with a smile. We did not have to wait for anything we needed taken care of, she was quick to get things in motion for his needs to be met and at a personal level of comfort. Therapy team, just wow. His PT was the most kind and sincere gal and she took attentiveness to the next level by following up to make sure my dad got his medicine or lunch, and with anything he'd mentioned at all, she would follow up on it. Despite the nation wide struggle of keeping fully staffed, they rocked thier facility out and my dad got to meet his goal of a one week early release.

1 star is giving too much credit if you ask me. I was there July 2018, to see my father and was given the run a round to weather he was there or not. He was going from home to hospital, then they put him in so psycho hosptial, when I couldn't see at all. Next thing I know an unknown person called another family member and said he was dead. Never have us children been notified by proper authorities or where his remains are at. We ask for his wife's phone and was declined of getting it. The pictures make it look good but go and visit yourself and see how many residents are smiling all the time like that.
