Friendly atmosphere with loving residents! The food rocks and the therapy program is a HUGE bonus to the facility and also the community! I love this place!

Chase County Care and Rehab has very caring staff, care about their residents and give good care. The food is excellent!! They have fun activities planned daily that the residents enjoy.

The nursing home has improved immensely over the years. The community involvement and support is awesome. Seeing progress & continued focus on the residents to making it THEIR home and focusing on them is clear with the staff at this home!

Chase County Care and rehab is a small community living facility. It has great team work and everyone cares about the residents. They have community activities and facility activities. The smiles and laughter of the residents and employees is a major daily goal. Love the home feel. Also have a great therapy department.

Out patient PT is amazing! They are skilled in some of the latest techniques to speed your recovery after surgery or ease the pain on an old injury. The staff of the general facility are very caring of the patients that I encounter as an outpatient. The administration is involved in the community events and plans lots of special events at the facility. Great place!
