Care has declined. Maybe at one time was a nice place but care is not quality anymore. I've had a couple family members here over the past couple years and the care is disappointing, cleanliness, and overall care is not acceptable. Family must monitor loved ones closely. Just use caution.

I was a recent nearly 6 weeks rehabilitation resident of Emerald Pointe. I pretty much had to learn to walk again, after spinal surgery for my severe neuropathy. The therapists were very professional and the staff were friendly, helpful, professional people. They have a hard and often thankless job. They took good care of me and I appreciated that. I had other issues going on in my life and they show a ton of compassion to me. I would recommend Emerald Point to anyone needing their type of services.

My mother in law was a patient there for 8 years. She got the best care in the world. The staff there are amazing from the The nursing department to the Therapy and the stna ,cooks housekeeping just the whole building is amazing. I have also had good friends that has been patient there

I am thankful and grateful that I have a local facility to be a part of. Even though I left for a brief period, I started at Emerald in 2013 and yes I have had bad days but overall, Emerald has been my home for over 6 years. 6 years! Where has the time gone. I have met some incredible, very awesome people in those years and I am so thankful for that. If I had to have a family member at a facility, it would be Emerald Pointe. I trust that they will be cared for. Some residents do not have family who care or even visit. But I know those particular residents, will have family within the Emerald family who will love them and care for them as they were their own.

Emerald Pointe is a great facility in a small village. Residents of this community are blessed to have such a wonderful place for their families and loved ones to go for rehab or long term care. People come from all over the state to reside or rehabilitate. I strongly recommend Emerald Pointe to anyone in need of a Nursing facility. The facility is clean, people are friendly, lots of activities to endure in and you will for sure make friends.
