I obviously are about 3 weeks. I think some of the girls were fantastic. Others weren't including physical therapy. They all like to gossip. And one of the physical therapists come in and hollered at me this is not a hotel well when I need some and I had knee surgery, I was in there with antibiotics strapped to my arm. And where she got that from , I figured it's all the gossiping gossip a lot , they're helpful when you're usually there , but behind your back , it's a different story

2/21/25 I called Ashlee and GG on phone earlier and they both were attentive and detailed in their experience on managing their facility. I called my Mom to meet me at Sky Lake. Today, my Mom and I met w/ Ashlee and GG. They were very professional, and supportive for my Dad's future long term care home. They spoke in great detail about their facility and services provided. Ashlee is the Admissions Director and GG is the Medicaid expert and will monitor my Dad's application. We were pleased with the various programs offered for our seniors. Food is horrible it many looks like dog food spend more on food service and quality for these elderly frail and less on something not as important as nutrition

This review is for my father and what I witnessed while he was at this facility. The staff gets 4 stars for doing the best they could with what seemed like limited resources. The facility itself is very gloomy and no place I would recommend sending a loved one. He doesn't complain much so when he said he wasn't being fed properly, I knew he wasn't lying. The pic below is an idea of a "meal". Send your family to a different facility if possible or check on them often if this is the only option.
