Dedicated staff! Warm and friendly! However, a couple of issues have caused me to give the facility a lower rating. Drain flies have been everywhere for days! Moreover, my aunt has been trying to get the light fixture over her bed repaired. They have promised her for days now that it would be fixed, and it is had not been, and she does not do well in the dark!

Please post room number directions. That is the only thing I think would make Elmhurst a much better facility. I felt like I needed breadcrumbs to find elevator and patient. Thank you!
