My family and I have been living in Elizabeth for about 6 yrs now. We live right around the block from Elizabeth House. Me, my wife, two sons & my daughter 10 yrs. Of age. I feel what they do and the services Elizabeth "House" provides are very important for the most part a majority of the residents there are peaceful, stay to themselves, and are quiet. Except, for this new tenant they seem to have taken in a tall, light skin guy with an army fatigue jacket on causing all kinds of disturbances up and down the neighborhood between East Jersey and first street; walking up to people's cars knocking on their car windows, dancing and singing out in the middle of the street right in front of our cars, which I feel is very inappropriate especially, while you have your family/children inside the car. I've had numerous counters with this guy because he may not mean any harm. He's violating your family's personal space. He's screaming you out loud in the public streets drawing attention to me and my wife which we've constantly asked him not to do etc. etc. You don't know what if you say the wrong things to this guy might set him off or if he's on meds or not. I don't know what their rules are or protocols/SOP are for their tenants that live at "Elizabeth House" as far as their tenants interacting with the residents in the community 🤔, but I don't believe me and my family are the only ones in or around Elizabeth Port! That done had bad experiences when it comes to that guy!!!
