I was a patient of Elite HH and they were awesome. I needed them before my scheduled start date to change my dressings and they gladly came to my home and changed my dressing. Each nurse took excellent care of me and helped me reach my goals after I had surgery. Even the manager came out on my initial visit to see what I had going on and to help the nurse with my dressing. Karen and her staff were excellent and professional.

Should be reported to the state I was miss treated officer member accused me and blamed and said to so it’s the providers fault that she didn’t show up And the office member read someone else’s report you have be home or the provider will get angry The discharge nurse called my sister and complained that I wasn’t home I don’t recommend it😢 very unprofessional

I usually don’t write reviews but these home health agency’s are a joke I Hired this company while my husband was in rehab because I had scheduling issues with the last company…he got out on a Saturday and was home a week and still had not been seen by PT and the nurse had come out on Tuesday when I called and complained the lady that answered the phone said they were short staffed…unbelievable…so basically my husband lost a whole week…I have yet to find one that got things scheduled timely I truly believe these places should be monitored more closely I am sure they make a lot off medicare!!!!

A very good experience. The RN’ s and physical therapist are exceptional. I’m glad I chose Elite for my home health care after my total knee replacement. They helped me where my orthopedic doctors staff would not with my recovery. Great communication, professional, kind and caring. Rahphie RN , Kelly RN , Carrie and Kyle PT were awesome.
