After my knee replacement surgery I was referred to Elite home health. The nurses and physical therapists that were sent to my home were professional and thoughtful and kind and I feel like they did a very good job helping me exceed at reaching my goals for Mobility again. I highly recommend this service

Lack of communication and no consistency in care providers. Choose wisely for your loved ones.

I do not have enough words to describe the professionalism and talent this home health agency has in regard to patient care, education and especially wound care. I am a provider with Wound Solutions of AR. This agency by far is ELITE. As a provider, I know that I drive them crazy with my requests for wound care products, PRN visits, scheduling, etc. But they literally always go above and beyond and place the patients' needs first. Healthcare as we know has significantly changed in my 21-year nursing career. Taking care of patients is challenging but that was why becoming a nurse was so important to me. And it makes my heart smile that this agency's entire staff places the patient's needs first before anything else. This is an excellent team, and I am happy to say that I am part of their "team" when it comes to providing excellent wound care. I could never have the wound closure success rates without their entire staff working together. From the administrative assistant to the key leaders in the office, this agency is ELITE. Respectfully, Lindsay Wolf, APRN, ACNP-BC, WCC, WCS-C, EDS-C Respectfully

Staff was great. Came weekly to monitor my mother-in-laws vitals and always took the time to ask her how she felt. They were compassionate and became part of the family.

4 stars DO NOT mean anything these days. This company is ran poorly ,no communication. The rules and regulations are null & void!!! The nurse's that are supposed to attend to you are over bearing, don't know what to do or either late ALL THE TIME. I had one lpn to say to me after coming 3 hrs late" I'm here now, you should be happy" ,needless to say, I LET HER HAVE IT!!! But shouldn't have to go through this WITH A 4 STAR COMPANY....Sad ,really sad.
