My elderly mother was referred by her rehab facility for home care assistance with this company. She has had confusion, forgetfulness and hysteria along with blackouts and falling. My sister and I handle her accounts as she can not. We were told that we would receive a call from a nurse to schedule a consultation. No call was received and as we checked in they said a nurse had already been over to see our mom and they had marked her down as denied with no need of assistance! She doesn’t remember anyone coming by or what even happened! A complete stranger shows up unannounced at our moms, who lives alone and leaves no paperwork or pamphlets!! Then proceeds to deny her for assistance!! I cannot believe the unprofessionalism of this company and disregard of her state of health!!! I DO NOT recommend this company to assist with anyone you care about!!

all staff great when my mom started elite but now since her health gone downhill some now their denying any help came to her house today instead telling rehab over phone they couldn’t do anymore for her they came to her house talk to her and more less make feel she didn’t assist anymore or matter anymore. or she was just piece trash just get done with and throw away , had so upset and in tears after they left , i will never use them for another family member ever , thanks pretended you cared

I can’t say enough good things about Elite Home Health and the care they provide for my elderly father. I live 9 hours away and the nurses are so caring, compassionate and patient with him. They are in constant contact with his doctors, his facility care givers and me regarding all health issues.
