Elders Inn in Alameda took such wonderful care of my dad during his final days. The staff was kind, compassionate, and always attentive—not just to his needs, but to ours as well. They made a difficult time for my mother a little easier with their professionalism , constant communication and warmth. We’re so grateful for the support and comfort they provided. I highly recommend Elders Inn to any family looking for respectful, quality care for their loved one.

To everyone at Alameda's "Elders Inn," especially Stephen, Didi, and all their helpful staff who have been very instrumental with the on-going care and recovery of my mother. My Aunt and Uncle became residents at Elders Inn in October 2017. She was diagnosed then with early stages of dementia, and he had a colostomy bag. Elders Inn is a well-run family-owned managed business located in Alameda. This facility is a safe, wonderful, engaging place for the residents who live there and for the family/friends who visit them. It is very ‘clean’ and the residents are cared for appropriately. We have found the staff to be very professional, kind, caring, and attentive to the needs of the residents. The nursing staff does an excellent job in medication management and any other medical issues which may arise. A monthly calendar of events is provided to each resident containing all the daily activities, entertainment, and special events which the residents can optionally attend. We have always felt welcome when visiting. The management and staff have always been responsive to our needs and requests. Sadly, my Aunt and Uncle passed away in January 2024 and October 2018 respectively. The family will ‘always’ be indebted to Elders Inn for their loving and diligent care! Elders Inn has exceeded our expectations ‘in every possible way’ by providing quality senior living services and striving to provide ‘value’ in all that they do for your loved ones! For those reasons, if you are looking for an assisted living facility, I highly recommend without reservation that you consider Elders Inn!

Elders Inn has really lifted the stress off my shoulders. I really needed help with my husband who was in his early stage of dementia because I had my own health I needed to take care of as well as my mother. Communication with the staff is exceptional. They really guided me through the process and always gave me a quick response to my questions or concerns. They go above and beyond to ensure that I felt valued and understood. It is heartwarming to witness the personalized care they provide, addressing my husband’s specific needs with empathy. They kept me informed and involved, which gave me a strong sense of partnership and trust. I wholeheartedly recommend Elders Inn to anyone seeking a compassionate environment for their loved ones with memory related needs.

After having my father, mother-in-law, and numerous family friends reside at Elders Inn I would highly recommend the facility at Elders Inn in Alameda. The flexibility of care was phenomenal as the needs and health of our loved ones were constantly changing. The communication and compassion was always their to help keep us well informed 24/7. The open door policy to handle any of our concerns was a welcomed priority. Currently, my mother-in-law is a resident and she has been getting superior treatment during the Covid-19 pandemic. The facility has done a great job insuring the safety and health of its patients. I personally, based on my experiences over the past 5 years, would not hesitate to recommend Elders Inn to other families. Kind Regards, BE
